Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10-18.2. SEBEN is an app that shows what is happening in your city: concerts, night clubs, restaurants, bars and other events.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

We do not ask for your contacts, photos, microphone or camera. We do not use advertising identifiers, show advertising or track you across other apps or websites.
3. Legal bases
Performing our contract with you (account, PASS), your consent (position, push notifications, personalisation), our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, improving the app) and legal obligations (accounting, age).
4. Who receives data
- SMS / verification: Twilio, to send the one-time code to your phone number.
- Payments: our payment provider (EasyPay and the mobile-money or card networks you choose).
- Hosting and storage: our hosting provider, under contract.
- Push notifications: Google Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service, once enabled.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data. Event organisers never receive your personal data from us. Some providers are located outside your country; we only use providers that offer appropriate safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account exists. When you delete it, it is hidden immediately, you have 30 days to change your mind by signing in again, then it is anonymised.
- Payment records: for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules, even after deletion (without your profile).
- Technical logs: a short period, then deleted.
- Position: not stored.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, delete your data, object to or restrict some processing, withdraw a consent at any time and receive a copy of your data. In the app: Account → Supprimer mon compte (deletion), « Recommandations pour toi » and « Utiliser ma position » switches. For anything else write to tlukiana@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the competent data-protection authority.

7. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), one-time codes, short-lived access tokens, access limited to staff who need it, audit trail on financial operations. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you suspect a problem.
8. Children
SEBEN is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn we did, we delete it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way we tell you in the app before it applies. The date and version are at the top.
