Delete my SEBEN account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open SEBEN and go to Account.
2. Tap Supprimer mon compte and confirm.

Without the app

Email tlukiana@gmail.com from any address with the subject « Delete my account » and the phone number of the account. For your safety we confirm it is you by sending a one-time code to that phone number before deleting anything.

What happens

• The account is hidden immediately. You have 30 days to cancel by signing in again.
• After 30 days your profile, favourites, activity history, device tokens and taste profile are deleted or anonymised.
• Payment records are kept without your profile for the period required by accounting and tax rules.
• A PASS still running is lost, unless the law says otherwise.
